My experience networking has been a Journey. I have found my ambition and I have gravitated towards this. The company which I keep and the people who I am surrounded by I have met through Networking. They have the same interests as me and know about the path which I am on. We all are able to connect with each other and let our path cross. I have networked with everyone from photographers, editors, musicians, actors, make-up and and many more. These are people who I have at hand when I need one of them in my field of work.

I have bonded with a lot of people from taking photos of them in my spare time and having a genuine conversation with them and introducing myself. This has lead to me being known and also my craft. This leads to me being seen as a business partner as they may spread by word of mouth and this has been done a few times. Word of mouth is one of the most powerful ways to become known and recognised as a creator.

I have had work experience with a Level 5 Film Production Technology at Staffordshire University. This was a great opportunity as I got to work with equipment which I have never had the opportunity to work with before. We filmed an experimental film about Vanity where the film was based around social media which I loved this idea. We filmed for two days and the crew involved myself and the Director. We came together and discussed the idea and how it would be shot and edited.

The film was very special in my opinion as it touched upon real life and how we see ourselves and how it can affect us. We shot some very powerful scenes in this we really got into the film. We threw ourselves in the deep end and committed one hundred percent to the film. When we had to do scenes we didn't hesitate or question we just did. This is something which I want to push myself to in my film being able to sacrifice and think. I just want the film to be amazing and if something has to be done and if we can't I will find a way.

My inspirations have been from a lot of people who have been able to do it on their own. There are a lot of creators who I follow and am inspired by such as musicians, fashion designers, and freelance photographs here I will talk about a few of them and why they inspire me.

VICKY GROUT

Above is a photo of Vicky Grout who is an established photographer who started of taking photos of musical events which she went to in the UK. She is from London and has been at the top of the game taking photos of multiple musicians within the UK. She has been an inspiration to me as it shows she can go from going to the events as a fan and then being paid to take photos by the same people she used to go and watch. She has followed the UK music scene and knows about her craft which she has perfected.

SKEPTA

Skepta has been a huge inspiration to me on how to do achieve your dreams and how to keep pushing through all the drama and roadblocks which you may get on your way to where you are going. Skepta has elevated UK music and brought it to life and especially where it is today. He has been a creator of music and also has designer a fashion designer where you'd see him style himself and also design clothes for Nike which now he has his own style of shoes which are known as SK air.
